We've seen too many “senior watches” that stop reporting the moment cellular signal drops. Or kids' trackers that cannot store data when the school bus goes through a tunnel. The B2318 series was built with a 1MB offline buffer that stores location and health data when the network is unavailable – and automatically resyncs when signal returns. No data holes. No false sense of security.
Available in two versions: B2318G (4G Cat.1 + BLE) for standalone wide‑area tracking, and B2318BT (BLE only) for cost‑effective indoor deployments with Bluetooth gateways or AOA positioning. Both share the same compact 28g body, IP67 waterproofing, and a full suite of health sensors – SpO2, blood pressure (HR‑derived), body temperature (±0.2°C), heart rate, HRV, steps, and sleep. The standard package includes a black velcro strap (18mm width, breathable).

What the B2318 series is NOT (honest limitations)
Blood pressure is estimated from heart rate – It is not a medical‑grade cuff measurement. Use for long‑term trend spotting, not clinical diagnosis.
No two‑way voice calling – The B2318 supports message push and SOS alerts, but not real‑time phone calls. If you need voice, see our W200PG or W300 series watches.
GPS requires sky view – In deep indoor or underground areas, GPS may not lock. Fallback to WiFi/LBS/BLE provides approximate location.
BLE version (B2318BT) needs gateway – It cannot report data independently. You need a BLE gateway (BG601 or AOA gateway) or a paired smartphone within range.
4G bands are China‑optimised by default – The standard SIM works in China. For international use, please request a global SIM or bring your own SIM (nano‑size? Actually embedded SIM, so replacement is not user‑friendly. Contact us for export models.)
Not for swimming – IP67 protects against immersion up to 1m for 30min, but not high‑speed water jets or continuous swimming.
We prefer clear honesty. If you need clinical blood pressure accuracy or voice calling, this product is not for you – but we'll point you to the right one.
