W200 Series Industrial Smart Watch
4G · LoRa · UWB · BLE – Choose the right model for each zone

Why multi‑site safety programs fail with one‑size‑fits‑all wearables
We’ve seen a logistics company deploy 4G smartwatches across their warehouse – only to realise that 4G doesn’t penetrate the steel‑reinforced basement. Another petrochemical plant tried LoRa badges but couldn’t locate workers inside process units where they needed room‑level accuracy. The real problem isn't the hardware quality. It's forcing one radio protocol into every zone.
The W200 series solves this with a modular hardware platform. Under the W200 series, you can choose from multiple models: 4G Cat.1 for voice and wide coverage, LoRaWAN for low‑power wide‑area, UWB for centimetre‑grade indoor RTLS, or hybrid combinations. All models share the same form factor, 22mm strap ecosystem, charging accessories, and cloud API – so you can mix them across the same site without management headaches.
What makes W200 different from generic smartwatches
1️⃣ Modular connectivity – not locked in
Under the W200 family, you get six purpose‑built models: W200PG (4G + GPS + BLE) for outdoor workers with voice calls; W200PGU (4G + UWB) for indoor/outdoor hybrid sites; W200PL (LoRaWAN) for wide‑area tracking without cellular bills; W200PLU (LoRa + UWB) for RTLS with LoRa backhaul; W200PU (UWB only) for pure indoor precision; and W200L (LoRa only) for ultra‑low‑power logging. Each shares the same rugged DNA.
2️⃣ Multi‑mode positioning that actually works indoors
GPS alone fails inside buildings. The W200 series combines GPS/BDS, Wi‑Fi, LBS, BLE, and UWB. On UWB‑equipped models (W200PGU / W200PLU / W200PU), you get 10–30cm accuracy inside warehouses or factories. That's the difference between knowing a worker is "somewhere on the third floor" vs "standing next to reactor #3".
3️⃣ Medical‑grade sensors, not afterthoughts
We use the Goodix GH3011 sensor on most models – the same chip found in clinical‑grade wearables. It delivers SpO2, body temperature, heart rate, blood pressure, pedometer, and sleep monitoring. For safety managers, continuous health telemetry is just as important as location.
4️⃣ Built for the job site, not the gym
IP67 rating (two‑colour mould + full glue sealing – no screws) means dustproof and waterproof to 1 metre for 30 minutes. IPX5 on some variants. Lightweight (39–49g). 1.22" TFT display that you can read under direct sunlight. Capacitive touch on most models. And 450mAh battery with magnetic charging.
W200 series model selection guide
All models share the same rugged design, 450mAh battery, magnetic charging, and BLE5.1. Use the table below to pick the right connectivity for each zone. This table lists the main variants under the W200 series – if you need a custom combination, contact us.

What the W200 series is NOT (honest limitations)
Not a consumer fitness tracker – The UI is industrial‑focused, not pretty. You won't get animated workouts or social sharing.
UWB requires infrastructure – Centimetre‑level accuracy (10–30cm) works only where you've installed UWB anchors. Out of the box, models without UWB fall back to GPS/BLE/Wi‑Fi positioning.
4G models need a nano SIM – We don't embed eSIM. You provide your own SIM with a data plan. LoRa and UWB models have no SIM slot.
No onboard storage for offline maps – Location is streamed to the cloud. If the network drops, the watch buffers data but doesn't store offline maps.
Touch panel is capacitive – Works fine with bare fingers or thin gloves. Heavy‑duty insulated gloves won't register touches – use the physical buttons instead.
Battery life varies wildly with UWB – With UWB active at 1Hz refresh, expect 1–2 days. Turn UWB off (or pick a non‑UWB model) and you'll get 4–6 days. The 450mAh battery is modest by design to keep weight low at 39–49g.
Real deployment: 600 workers across a multi‑floor hospital
A large teaching hospital in Germany deployed the W200 series for two very different use cases. For 400 porters and maintenance staff moving across 12 floors, they used W200PLU (LoRa + UWB) – UWB anchors on each floor provided 30cm accuracy for equipment tracking, while LoRa backhaul eliminated cellular dead zones inside elevator shafts. For 200 security guards who needed voice communication outdoors, they used W200PG (4G + GPS). All watches share the same 22mm straps and charging suitcases. The hospital cut response time to "man‑down" alarms from 8 minutes to under 90 seconds.
Another client, a petrochemical plant in Shandong, deployed 800 W200PGU watches for outdoor operators and indoor UWB tracking around reactors. The combination of 4G for voice and UWB for zone‑level alerts reduced false alarms by 70% and gave safety officers centimetre‑level location inside hazardous zones.
